Can you tell exact time you sleep off?

I have be trying to get the exact time i sleep off? I know when i go to bed and sleep.I hardly know when sleep finally take me off. The next time is to seen myself wake up again..Do any one has experience about this?

Its a mystery.. I think i have try this myself. It was a waste of time..

OHOH. This is impossible. i have try to do this several time.didnt work.dream and wake up again. i did i sleep off i dont know. its really hard to tell
