Change Your Mindset, NOT YOUR MAN

Hi ladies! I am new to this forum but just by browsing around there is something that I want to share.

I am in a serious 2 year relationship and live with my bf. We recently had an argument about something related to his looking at pics of women online (I found out he googled "ass models" and I blew up)!!!

He apologized and explained that it wasn't as serious as I am making it out to be. He was bored while I was out of town and he explained that guys do these things from time to time! I thought hard about my actions and how ridiculously jealous and insecure I was being...and he was right.

I went to the book store and found a book called "Change your mindset, not your man" and I love it! It is really helping me. It basically gives you examples of things your should not try to change but rather change how you view these things! It puts things into a different perspective and gives you tools to help change your mindset. I suggest all women read this book if you are having issues with your man that you consider a negative trait of his. Perhaps it is just your mindset that is making it seem negative?

I absolutely loved this book! It is organized in a manner which is very easy to read! The author uses practical and thought provoking ideas about relationships. I have read many relationship books and this is by far the most valuable one I have read personally. I am using her suggestions in my relationship and can already see a huge difference in how I am relating to my spouse. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for new and fulfilling way to communicate with their spouse.
